Which payment methods do you accept?

Multiple payment methods are accepted. Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, etc.

What is the return policy?

All sales are final. No returns or exchanges unless an item is defective. If you have an issue with an item please contact us at bluejeepkrew@gmail.com so we can work with you to resolve it.

Is there a price match policy if an item goes on sale?

From time to time items will be on sale or on clearance. Unfortunately, we are unable to refund the difference between a current sales or discounted price and the price of a previously purchased item.

When will I receive my order?

Many (but not all) items such as decals, hats, badges, and some other various products are kept in stock and available for quick shipment. We do not keep inventory on clothing. All clothing items are custom ordered based on orders received. There are minimum quantities required before a bulk order can be placed. It will take some time for clothing orders to be produced and shipped. However, every effort is made to fill your order as quickly as possible. Your patience and understanding is appreciated.

Will I receive order updates from the store?

The online store doesn't provide order updates until the item(s) ship. You will receive tracking information via email when your order is filled and the item(s) ship. If you have any questions about an order, feel free to contact us at bluejeepkrew@gmail.com.

How long does shipping take?

Standard shipping is via USPS and can take several business days to be received. Upon shipment of your item(s), you will receive tracking information. If you need your order immediately, upgraded shipping is available but keep in mind not all items are available for immediate shipment.

Will you ship items separately in order to save time?

Items will only ship separately if they are ordered separately. Items ordered together will ship together.

Do you ship items outside of the United States?

International shipping is not currently available due to the potential impact of tariffs on both the shipping and receiving end.
